Can I safely run a 200 shot?
I know I should have no problem running a 150 shot, but what about a 200? Mods are in sig and I will be running a wet plate kit, and just purchased a HSW MicroEdge. The car will be getting tuned at Doug Rippie Motorsports in spring. How much power am I going to lose when im not spraying (for decreasing the timing)? I purchased the car with the 347 in it and couldnt tell you what kind of rings or any real specifics about it. What kind of plug would you all reccomend(I use to run a TR 6 or TR55 on my goat)?

If it were me, I'd do some exploratory disassembly to make sure of what you have before running that much spray. You may be able to, but it's better to know for sure than blow something up rolling the dice.

If the car is already tuned for the motor, leave it alone and get the LNC 2000 timing box from lingenfelter. It allows you to run motor timing while you are driving around and it only pulls the timing when you are spraying.
The plug you are going to need from NGK is br8efs. Its a colder plug for nitrous and it might be too cold and you might be able to go to a warmer plug such as a br7ef. I always like to start with a colder plug then work my way to a warmer plug if need be by reading my plugs. Make sure you use good fuel and if the funds allow it, you might want to look into a standalone.

Run a stand alone and put good fuel in it and I see no problem as long as you pull timing when spraying. The advice above is good advice and use the LNC2000 to pull timing. Use a BR7EF plug.

You will be fine on a 200 shot. You have enough pump but you don't say if you have a hotwire kit on that pump. If not, i would get one.
