Heres a trick question....
Has anyone ever sprayed on a V6? What size shot is safe on the stock V6? I know I've gone retarded but I could win some money here in Vegas against the retarded import community.

You're not retarded, I've been thinking of doing the same thing to my 91 buick century. Back when i had my 94 Camaro w/3.4L the NOS kit that was out for it was fixed at a 70 shot. My thinking is 50-75 should be fine. I was planing on running a 75 on my buick with a 3.1L

You guys are wimps. I know somebody that sprayed a 125 shot on a stock Acura Integra. He sprayed the hell out of that car too. He never had any problems with it. Just be sure to get a good kit, good accessories, and perform a good install.

i a friend of mine had a vortech supercharger and sprayed a 75 shot on a stock mustang v6 with no problems, so if a ford can handle that i would think a chevy would have no problem

I've gone the V6 spray route. NOS 5176 LT1 kit with no jet had no problem getting me down to the low 12's with a 3.8 V6 and no other mods. I ran 100 octane as well.
