Default Nitrous for 02 Trans Am

So Soon my bird will be back up and running and I'm looking to possibly add about a 150 shot of the spray for **** n giggles. The only problem is I don't want people to know i have it on the car. i know there are a few other posts about this abut them seem dated. So can this still be done on a f body and what would be the best way to go about it. I'm not looking for a complete set up just a few ideas and maybe a few parts recommendation that would make this easier (if at all possible). Thanks in advance for the help.

You want to conceal the components as much as possible?

Put the arming switch in the ashtray and as long as you don't have other gauges no one can tell

Send your LS6 intake to Nitrous Outlet for their kit...put selonoids way in back, switches in ashtray, bottle in spare tire location = undetectable

There is a guy on here that's been trying to sell a LS6 intake with money maker setup installed in it for a long time. It's priced really good now, and I'd be willing to bet he'd come off that price just to move it.

I agree. Seems like he's just over here trying to sell stuff without being a site vendor.

you probably won't get the best answers in here but if you talk to some vendors they can get you set up with the right kit. People who have really good hidden set ups probably aren't going to give you the blue print.

There are plenty of ways to accomplish this goal. Nitro Dave's moneymaker is a good option. Or, we would hide a 2.5lb bottle behind the bumper, and use the factory AIR line that goes to the side of the stock or slp lids. Some guys had small 2.5/5lb bottles hidden behind their passenger air bags. Do they still make "bottle in a bag" kits?

Nitrous in-a-bag (Pro Street Heat)

The Pro Street Heat was designed to be the simplest nitrous system on the market to use and install. This is a "dry system" injecting only nitrous into the motor. It works by "tricking" the computer back into the cold start mode. In cold start mode, the computer injects more fuel into the motor just like a carburetor does when the choke is on. Other sensors detect the oxygen rich air and adjust the fuel mixture and timing to compensate for this extra income of oxygen making this system near fool proof on performance. This kit comes with jetting from small, medium, large, extra large, and kickin ***. This will give you approximately 20 to 100 HP on your motor. Installation on this kit takes 10 minutes to complete and the kit can easily be place onto other vehicles in the same amount of time. This kit is designed to work on any EFI (fuel injected) vehicle.

Key Benefits:
This is a great beginner kit.
The design of this kit means no adjustments to the motor.
No one will know you have the kit on the car

If you'd like you can call us and chat about the setup.. I personally have a 01 Formula and a 01 WS.6 Trans Am so I'm very familiar with the vehicles. Also we offer and have been offering a hidden setup even before others claim to have done it.

Either company can do you up a hidden nitrous setup if that's what you're asking. There have been numerous "Nitrous Outlet or Nitrous Express" threads created on LS1Tech, and they all turn to ****. The bottom line is both companies are great, both are LS1Tech sponsors, both will take care of you the right way, and there are hundreds of guys on this forum that will vouch for either of them, based on their own experiences.

I went with NO because a good friend of mine recommended them. I talked to AJ and he definitely knows his stuff. I have also heard great things about NX though. Like some one already said you can't go wrong with either one. However Nitrous Outlet has my vote.
