I've never used one, but a good friend has one and loves it. I might end up getting one sooner or later. Had I known all the features it had, I probably would have gotten one from the get go.

Hey man it works great. The only thing I use it for is to back down the timing when I spay the car. It has a couple of other fuctions like a window switch and nitrous activaton. It's a pretty cool tool.

Buy it! I had my doubts for some time after I bought mine. Now that I have some issues worked out. I finally got to test it under almost ideal conditions. I have back-to-back-to-back logs from last weekend at the track. It retards timing only "while spraying" the delay function has helped me not spin off the line, etc... The only thing I don't like is the 6300 limit on the window. Honestly though, I don't need to spin my motor past that point anyway. IMO, definately a good buy. Replaces the window switch and the need to change timing tuning for n2o passes.

i bought one and i love it everyone wanted to race me on the motor b/c they thought the car was tuned for nitrous man were they wrong i took quite a bit of money from people. if you just hook it uo to the crank sensor and nothing else you will have to open it up every time and back the timing out, but if you hook everything up the minute you activate your nitrous it will automatically back the timing out. i didn't have mine hooked up right in the beginning i was pulling 8 degrees out and it was hard to do a burn out the car would spudder 8 degrees is a lot but now i go to the line do a burn out activate it then hold on!!

I am using it and it works well, I use window switch 3000 on and 6200 off, and will try the .8 second delay at the track....I pull 3 degrees out on 150-175 shot, seems ot work properly...good for the money.

This tool sounds like something I have been looking for! I just got a TNT 150-250 Wet kit and was ahvinbg some ?'s about my custom tune and spraying giving me troubles withmy timing! Im along way from installing my kit because I am a complete newbie to N20 and Im trying to amke sure my system is damn near flawless and can be used with my current mods. What exactly is it calle dand who makes it? Imperformance???

well, the two wires (grey and white) have to "go" to the solenoids to be able to turn them on and shut them down for the window switch option. We hooked the white and grey wires into the relays that control the solenoids right at the wire coming from the relay. I believe you can call ramchargers, and they can help as well.

The relay is the black box with several wires coming out...one for solenoids, one for bottle heater, etc. These allow power to different electronic devices. If you didn't do the nitrous install, I would just take the timing tuner to APE and have them do it since they did the wiring. If you install this wrong, the car will not run right (crank trigger and all, will set codes for crank relearn if not grounded properly, etc), and you may THINK you have rpm window switches controlling the nitrous and fuel solenoids and you may THINK you have timing being taken out when actually you don't.

If I get the timing tuner do i even need to worry about getting my PCM retuned for N20 or is there more to the retune than just adjusting the timing??? Someone please help me on this!!!!!!!!!!!! I run 93 octane but dont want my timing to be to high when I spray but I dont want to get a new tune that lowers my timing because I will lose performance when Im not spraying which wouldnt be cool! What should I do?????

If a professional place like APE couldn't do it, something is wrong. It is literally just two wires for the solenoids, and a plug-play harness for the crank trigger, and a ground wire. I did it and I am a complete **** when it comes to isntalling things.
