To find your 'best setup' you have to decide what you want out of it first. Are you looking for a wet or dry kit? What is the maximum shot you're looking to spray?
With your setup, I would do a nice 150 wet shot (with all the safety items). I would look into either a nice NX or TNT system. You will also need TR6 plugs and at least an in-tank fuel pump upgrade.

With my stock motor with just a cam, I went 11.7's @ 116 - 117 on motor and 10.4's @ 128 - 129 on a tnt 100 shot!

Yeah, but Im gonna get as best I can w/o nitrous, then ill give nitrous a whirl and see the max numbers. Also convinced parents to let me get it, if they could take the line off the bottle when I leave to go anywhere other than to the track or to the dyno shop. Im gonna try to by an extra to put under the seat, what mommy and daddy dont know cant hurt them

The LS6 intake like the LS1 is designed for dry flow only. Save yourself an expensive lession and do a simple dry N2O system. It's far cheaper and works better. A dry system can easily take you to +200HP with a single solenoid.
You can also save a good bit of money by getting a set of aluminum 6.0 liter heads instead of the Z06 heads. You can pick up the 6.0 heads for $200 or less. A good cylinder head shop can get the same compression and flow from them as they could the Z06 head. The modified 6.0 heads can/will outflow the stock Z06 heads.
