Did you disconnect any of the injectors wires to hide the noids? Guessing connector on one of the injectors is loose.
Happened with me on my install. Flashing Check engine light. Was the one injector wire we removed to put the purge noid under the fuel rail cover.
Double check the injector connections should be good to go.

Do you have a FPSS? If your fuel system is border line, you may be running out of fuel, or might be set to close and coming on/off?
Can you pull any codes?
Sounds like fuel cause you really have to be getting on it with the spray, meaning when you get to your heaviest demand on fuel, issue appears. A fuel pressure gauge could confirm or show ok.
What plugs and gap? To wide and might be blowing out, or heat range incorrect?

I am thinking you need to pull some timing...or lower your shot till you get a nitrous tune.
When I went over 100 I started to see KR and needed to pull a few degree's timing.
Are you running a stock tune or a custom tune?

You can check plugs easy enough, I would have started there. With a flashing SES your misfiring, could be detonation as described in your "pinging" post, which at that point your removing minute particles of material from your pistons and depositing them on your plug, never a good thing. I would pull the plugs, inspect, and if there are signs of detonation start reducing timing, adding octane, or lowering shot size. Also would be very wise to monitor your fuel and nitrous pressure. Tuning sounds like a good start as well.

you said you changed plugs also, did you put in colder ones like the tr6s ?the pinging you are hearing is probably detonation, and at the top end your car won't be accelerating through the rpms as quick like in a lower gear so it's under more of a load.i'll say it's probably running alittle lean .definitely have it tuned before you spray again.

well i fixed the problem when i put the system in i switched the plugs and they were gapped right ...but i switch jus to a colder plug then stock instead of the autolite 103 so i was like lets pull the plugs so we did and they were messed up after just 10 days in the car and 1 bottle so we put in the 103's and the thing runs like a champ
