Default 865 RWHP and 755 Rwtq only yields me 6.35 at 113

Is there something wrong with this picture? I dont have the 60 time because its was a outlaw type street race and they had the boards turned off but someone from the tower told me what i ran after the final round. Granted my car weighed 3690 with me in it, and i left just hitting the gas flashing the converter. What are most people running with a 408 combo with similar power on 28" dot slicks? I hope and think there is alot more left on the table.

Should go a little quicker than that.

Take it to the track and get a full slip, that will help see whats going on.

Like ATV said, you need to go to the track and get a full slip. Anyway, im 3205lbs with me. 857hp at the rear. 28 10.5W slicks, Im 5.70's in the 1/8 @ 121mph. Very consistent with 1.33 60ft. Went a 1.26 60ft, but that was a fluke. 8.8's 1/4 @ 154mph. on a safe tune. Hope this helps ya!

Hey U-luze, do you ever run at Clay City? Looks like a killer setup you got there.

I would think you should be running 5.9's making that kind of power. I went 6.2's @ 112 when my car was making 618 rwhp, of course mine is in the 3200lb range though.

How loose is your converter?

found out one of the problems, My torque arm was bent on a 90* angle. Guess it launched too hard and bent it all to **** up in the floor pan. HAHA Im haveing a moly one made with extra braceing a gussets this time. Baked converter is a TCI piece flashes to 4200 on the brake and 5500-5700 on the nitrous. It needs a 2 step so i can leave off the brake and hitting it out of the hole.
