Is first gear locked out????
Ok...so just trying to figure this out....
I have a single stage digital window switch....The Trick Performance one that Nitrous outlet and Dynotune sells.
I have it set to lockout first gear...
My car has a 3600stall and 3.73 gears.... on a 65 shot it got a 1.60 60ft! I only had time to make one pass tonight....but that's flyin! It seems like it might be spraying out of the hole...but the window switch says I got first locked out?
Any ideas?
Is my car shifting to 2nd gear before the 60ft mark? Like I said...only one run in..and it hit so hard I wasn't sure what happened..wasn't expecting it since I thought first was out.

The only way it will activate is if you exceed your threshold setting for the amount of gears you had it set for. Did you activate the controller before the burnout or just at the line before you took off?

Do you know generally what your n/a 60's look like, or is this the first pass period? I would say with a 1.6x 60'er that your likely working fine? Why not hit that bad boy with the 65 out of the hole, and thus the best ET? I don't think a 65 hit will do much damage to your tranny if that's what your trying to save.

N/A I pulled a 1.72 and then a 1.74...
I actually did not plan on making a nitrous pass, because after I did the "wiremod" to my car... I got to the track and realized I forgot to hook up the ground for my window switch...and That was the only jet I had. I found a guy at the track who had some wires...so we rigged up a ground in the staging lanes..
But with that big increase in 60ft time..it seems I launched in first, felt like I did...but like I said...the box said it was locked out? Also...when I arm the system is says... 0L0...what does that mean?

0L0 the first gear is programed locked. Now if you hit your hi side while window switch is on, then the box think you have already passed lock mode.
The box has to see wot and rpm window to work properly.
The read out would show 1 1 0 for the first stage to fire..
Give a shout if you need any help with that unit.

0L0 the first gear is programed locked. Now if you hit your hi side while window switch is on, then the box think you have already passed lock mode.
