I dont know about taking 5* out as it sounds a little on teh drastic side, but maybe 1* or 2* would be more like it.

You can either pull the timing out via EFILive (tuning software) or get a timing tuner from one of the vendors. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If you want to run it even safer get a wideband, fuel safety cutoff switch and colder plugs as well.

I dont need to call anyone...

The guy said "safe and reliable"... I dont think running a 175 shot with full timing is being safe or reliable.

HE SAID 75!!! I run 175. Safe enough for me. Sorry!! Have not hurt mine yet. 75 is a joke. I would not even run race fuel or colder plugs.

And tell me why spraying 175 shot on full timing is such a smart idea on a stock bottom end?

Im not getting into it with you... He wanted to know how to run his 75 shot in a safe matter and thats what I told him. I guess we all have opinions on what safe is.

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS...
I call bullshit that you can pop a 175 wet shot in your car and do no timing and no tune, and it be fine and handle it.

I know plenty of people that killed their engines on 150 wet shot with no tuning at all. regular gas. BOOMMM.

I would suggest a tune, but you can get a device that does this from a vendor on here. It will pull the timing out when you need it to for when you hit the spray.

I would say go tr6 plugs to be on safe side.
75 shot you can do on 93 pump no problem. might want to get purge.

then after you play with it, get some bigger pills.

If you would read, I never said regular gas...

No need to tune the ECU when You have control over fuel with jet or fuel pressure.

None of you nutt swingers have explained to me why pulling timing is such a great thing!

You just repeat what you have read!

You are welcome to come to Kansas and see how to run nitrous. I love uneducated dumb a$$es that call BS and don't know or understand anything about nitrous except what they have read. Classic crap getting regurgitated in here, less timing, more fuel, bla bla What a joke. Got luck spray gods.

As long as your timing isn't advanced any then you'll be fine on the 75 shot. For sure, you need to drop to a colder set of plugs. All of the other accessories are not absolutely necessary, they will however help you get the most out of your nitrous kit. Just keep in mind that it is a wet kit and your a/f is pressure based so a purge and heater aren't bad ideas at all. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

Nick
