I dont know about taking 5* out as it sounds a little on teh drastic side, but maybe 1* or 2* would be more like it.
You can either pull the timing out via EFILive (tuning software) or get a timing tuner from one of the vendors. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
If you want to run it even safer get a wideband, fuel safety cutoff switch and colder plugs as well.

No need to do anything. Just get some good fuel and spray the crap out of. PERIOD!!! Anything else is LIES. LS1gummi iS full OF SH%T!!!! My stock 98 with 175 shop just has plugs and good fuel. NO TUNE! Wideband is nice to see what is happening, but will not hurt anything. Have Fun.

I would throw in a colder plug and run a timing tuner.... I hope you are saving for a new motor, the rate your going it will be sooner then later.
I'll post up if I pop it Spray god. Nothing wrong with being safe, but 75 shot give me a brake. You don't understand all you think you know about nitrous. Why pull timing on 75 please explain. . . Enlighten me please?

I call bullshit that you can pop a 175 wet shot in your car and do no timing and no tune, and it be fine and handle it.
I know plenty of people that killed their engines on 150 wet shot with no tuning at all. regular gas. BOOMMM.

I would say go tr6 plugs to be on safe side.
75 shot you can do on 93 pump no problem. might want to get purge.
then after you play with it, get some bigger pills.

No need to tune the ECU when You have control over fuel with jet or fuel pressure.
None of you nutt swingers have explained to me why pulling timing is such a great thing!
You just repeat what you have read!
You are welcome to come to Kansas and see how to run nitrous. I love uneducated dumb a$$es that call BS and don't know or understand anything about nitrous except what they have read. Classic crap getting regurgitated in here, less timing, more fuel, bla bla What a joke. Got luck spray gods.
