Default Best plate system out there... square flange carb plate.

I'm looking to built a new setup and already have an NX stage six plate setup on my other sbc. I'm looking for some opinions though. I'm trying to find the best carb plate setup for a standard square flange holley carb. I do like the NX plate design and it seems to run great and consistent but then again, its the only thing I've ever used when it comes to carb plate kits.

so what do you guys think, or what have you heard... since most of you are running DP or throttle body plates.

NOS Big Shot ran out of steam at 350hp
Wilson Plate w/ burst panels was too finicky for our setup.
NOS Crossbar worked fine.
NX Gemini Twin was nice and then we sent it in to be modified into a NX Titan.
The Titan was the bomb. We sprayed 600hp thru it quite a few times...lol!!

I think any plate with burst panels would be a hair to tall for my setup anyway.
But you say the gemini plate vs the regular stage 6 plate is a better way to go?

EDIT:
Looking into it, the pro flow with burst disks doesn't really look all that tall.

The gemini is the best plate that NX sells. I'm just a big fan of the perimeter distribution. Not everyone can run a 4 hole spacer (which the speedtech is based off of) so it may not work for all applications.

I use Jeff Prock plates. Google applied nitrous technology. It would be VERY hard to convince me to go anywhere else plate wise. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have used TONS of plates, and never had as much luck and good plug chops with any other plate.

What are the chances that the speedtech won't flow right? What kind of adjustments need to be made when this happens. I don't have the ability for cylinder tuning.
