On the Speed graph, you can see the wheel spin off the line and at the 1-2 shift. Also, using the data log and looking at the 0-60 time, it comes out to 3.81 seconds.

The dataloging packages out now are pretty damn nice and very useful. Takes a lot of the guess work out of mods. You can see every result pretty clearly. The stuff I see in your graphs reminds me a lot of the stuff I see in mine... well except for the fact that my acceleration line is a much longer and less impressive slope

Nice information. I don't understand the Speed vs. Speed graph? How did you capture the data if it also records wheel spin? Also, is that what the typical IAT is for boosted cars? I think mine was around 90 or so on my NA run and maybe 80 on my 50 shot run. Cool graphs though. What program are you using, and does it generate those graphs through the program?

All of the graphs are vs data point number, not really time as far as the graph goes. The raw data has a time stamp, thats where I based the "times" off of. The time stamps are pretty accurate, based off the time stamp I calculated the run to 11.71 seconds.

It reads the VSS signal, when I say you can see wheel spin, it is evedenced by the speed going up quickly then dropping down when the tires hook. Thus the "spike" at the 13th data point.

On Boosted applications the turbo/supercharger generates alot of heat, thus the intercooler. The IAT is a good indicator of the intercoolers efficeincy.

I just use auto tap and then export the data to Excel for the charts.

Ah I understand a little better now. I still need to get my boss's laptop back so I can graph Speed vs. RPM and see exactly how bad my clutch was slipping when I did those runs at PR.

Yep, I only get a little tire slippage on take off so my acceleration curve us very linear. Any bumps or spikes in that curve would indicate tirespin or some other issue. It's definitely tirespin for Ryan

Watching Ryan's run then seeing the graph is pretty cool - even with 'selective hearing', I could *hear* his tires slip when he hooked down the track.
Thats old school. Having the technology to nail it down to a knats *** is downright slick.

Ryan, can you overlay those graphs?

Kinda, I need to figure out how to overlay the graphs and have separate scales, the RPM graph pretty much overpowers all the others.

Funny, I was wondering if there was a conversion to see the MAF overlay on the RPM.

LOL, the MAF is maxed out for anything above 4600rpm, Thats easy!

Thats what I caught by looking at the MAF table, just hoped the RPM table would show a more true pict overall.
I copied the tables and have been playing with them in power point, without the raw data dumped in it comes out looking like you ran slower than you did.
