00Vette's finally home!! Well I got in last evening and the news was there. They made a big deal about it because we were gone for so long. 
So you may see me on the news. 
It was nice to finally be home, but I have nothing to complain about! For god sakes, the Army has year tours.
There families must really hate it.
Either way, I'm back and I plan on heading out to the CCC on the 15th. However, I got in the Vette and took it for a spin and almost stalled it right out of my driveway.........
So I'm not betting on beating my 11.88 that day. We'll see how it goes. I got oil and rear differential fluid sitting in the garage. I'm gonna change the oil and diff fluid later today to ensure all the fluids are primed for her to take a beating. 
Let me know when you all have another get together.......I'd love to hang out with you all.
Well, I got the new fuel pump and accessories in the mail yesterday, but the nitrous kit and all its goodies haven't arrived yet. I plan on hitting the track up on the 15th. Then she's going up on blocks to have the LS6 intake, nitrous kit and all that crap installed. I also plan on changing out the brake rotors and pads while I'm at it.........
Well, I'm eagerly awaiting the 15th so all you bastards better make it out so I can see you all.

Welcome back. Looks like we are going racing again. Man I can't wait. I am going to Bremerton Friday night, also, want to go? The vette gods have been good, you, I and Rey all making it back the same time. Man I feel good, gotta break my best and of course chase down Mark as a starter. Maybe see ya tomorrow night, after the ET Streets thing.
