Sales. Been contemplating a Trailblazer SS. But they don't play much with the price. So probably a Pickup. Something with a 6 liter I could throw a Maggie on.

What are places asking for those SS's these days? I really like them except for the $$$.

Get a one year old used. You can get great deals on 1 yr old used cars and still be under warranty. You avg about 10,000 less than new.

Yeah, probably trading it in if I find the right deal. It's only a car. I'm looking for a 2wd Trailblazer SS or a 2wd 5.3/6.0 Pickup; extended cab or 4 door.

Not set in stone, but last I checked (in the last month), the '07 AWD SS's invoiced right around $31k...not sure about the 2WD ones.....figure 3-5k less if they are like regular 2wd vs 4wd trucks..... :\

Those are for brand new ones......saw decent used prices (about 10k below new) a while back.....

I saw a nice red GMC Sierra 2wd with a 6.0 with 19K on the clock for $23K at Everett Chev. Something along those lines is probably what I'm looking for.

The Formy has 53K miles on it.

The Trailblazer SS is a bit out of reach for me I think.

I'm still on the fence about it though. Unless I find a swinging deal on a truck or TBSS. I really want to go 11's n/a with bolt ons first. Cam install this spring should do it.

I hear ya, I am killing myself trying to decide between a new '06 GTO, a Tahoe or an AWD TBSS.

But verts up here don't mix with me......I am a hardtop/t-top/targa kinda guy for this place........after seeing the snow piled up on top of parked verts all over last month, there is no way........not as a DD anyway.

I also still don't dig the gauges on the console/in front of the shifter like the 60's style......hard to check them regularly and keep your eyes on the road.
