Default Anyone planning any trips to Portland or vice versa?

I am going to have Ellis rebuild the T56 with goodies and install the Textrilla clutch. Problem is I'm going to need to leave the car up there for a little while. Just wanted to see if I could hitch a ride with some one on any upcoming trips

You know...... Not a great alternative but an alternative none the less if all else fails ... : if you can get a ride to the train station in Seattel from Ellis' house you could take the train back. You could even make it back to Beaverton via the transit system and have Jayla (sp?) meet you at the bus stop in Beaverton or the train station in p-town if she wanted to drive to the city. Last resort type of thing.

Thats pretty much what I had planned to do but was just checked to see if any locals were planning something. After the traveling to Toronto and now sitting in the Newark airport a 4 hour train ride seems like nothing

Did you decide to take it up there sooner than expected? ?

Of course, there's always the bus.

That could work for you Bobby.,You just have to get to Monroe at 6:30 so you can get to Seattle on time to catch Russ.

You only have to leave here around 3 am unless you spend the night Friday.

HMM Russ that might actually work. I was going to say that is the one weekend this month I may not be able to do, but I probably could head up Friday afternoon or EARLY saturday morning and be ready for a trip back in the morning. Would you mind PM' ing me your number and I'll contact Ellis and see if it works for him.

Looks like my baby might get rained on, maybe I should buy a car cover for while its at Ellis's house it'll be like camping....
