Default Rear main seal install tool

Anyone have one of these they want to rent out? I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to change mine out and I don't want to have to pay 275 for a W2W tool or 318 for a Kent moore....

Thanks

Bobby

I disagree with Ellis for once. I ruined 2 of them before Ellis pulled my tranny & installed #3 the right way with the tool. And even with the correct tool you still need some goop, a feeler gauge & patience....they are VERY easy to screw up! And it only takes a scratch to make them leak.

Mark I did not use the tool he is talking about

I did it with the white plastic piece that comes with the seal and a lip seal install tool

Thanks for the vote of confidence I've done them before without the tool I just don't want to be in the situation Mark was in. One of the main reasons I wanted to just drop the car off with you. Right now I'm about 40 minutes away from the tranny being out. The BMR Torque arm and Nine inch are a BIIZATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have the Tranny on a fedex truck by Tuesday

Is the lip seal install tool something handy to have for this, is it less than the 300 bucks for the rear main install tool? Any links?
