K&N Breather
Anyone have one of those little K&N breathers they include on the lid kits for the Air Pump? I thought I had mine on the shelf & need one for Fridays race to vent my crank case (to keep the dipstick from blowing out). Or know a P/N & where I can buy one locally....

No Eric, I have it running into a catch can (y'd to the TB with a 1-way valve) and then down to the SC inlet for vacuum. So now I'm putting a breather on the catch can to bleed boost pressure off the motor. It hasn't blown the dipstick out for over a year, but oil on headers with the ex gas temps that boost makes is scary! (fire BAD according to Don, Ellis & Ryan )

Thanks guys. I found mine buried on a shelf. Put it on the AMW catch can line going to the SC & no more dip stick issues.
Tried some other things too trying to find the missing boost. I am now back to the exact setup I had last year before the impellor got replaced. So it's either the new belt slipping, the inner coolers leaking, or something wrong with the SC itself. I guess I'll put on another new belt & crank the bastard down. Mike (of Mike's Mustang) suggested installing the boost guage on the tube coming out of the blower to see if it's the belt slipping or if it's leaking downstream. Good idea.....
