Its sad...
That the Media takes in great lengths to screw with some one's family.. I mean ****, Why air out somones dirty laundry like that. Its all over CNN right now. They are going from the Hurricane to This ever other minute.
ST. PAUL, Minn. - John McCain's running mate Sarah Palin said Monday that her 17-year-old unmarried daughter is five months pregnant, an announcement campaign aides said was aimed at rebutting Internet rumors that Palin's youngest son, born in April, was actually her daughter's.
A statement released by the campaign said that Bristol Palin will keep her baby and marry the child's father. Bristol Palin's baby is due in late December.
"Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. We're proud of Bristol's decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents," Sarah and Todd Palin said in the brief statement.
The disclosure of the pregnancy came on the opening day of the Republican National Convention, scaled back because of Hurricane Gustav, and three days after McCain named Palin as his running mate. The other news was likely to overshadow the disclosure.
The first-term Alaska governor was in Minnesota preparing for her acceptance speech when the campaign issued the statement; her family was home in Alaska.
"Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family," they added.
The father was identified in the statement as Levi, but the campaign said it was not disclosing his full name or age or how he and Bristol know each other, citing privacy.
Sarah Palin's fifth child, a son named Trig, was born in April with Down syndrome. Internet bloggers have been suggesting that the child was actually born to Bristol Palin but that her mother, the 44-year-old Alaska governor, claimed to be the mother.
Palin spokesman Bill McAllister emphatically denied those rumors, and McCain adviser Mark Salter said the campaign announced the daughter's pregnancy to rebut them.
"Senator McCain's view is this is a private family matter. As parents, (the Palins) love their daughter unconditionally and are going to support their daughter," said McCain spokesman Steve Schmidt.

I don't care what side of the Isle you're on, this is BS. Next thing you know they'll be briefing us on the Candidates bathroom habits.
Families are OFF LIMITS, or should be.
It's like turning on an episode of Jerry Springer.
I've jotted down the names of some product adds on CNN and am going to their web sites and letting them know I'm not buying their products because they support such shoddy journalism.
Don't know what else to do.....I'm disgusted.

Yes, because no one attacked Obama's mother and pastor... Idk about you, but the fact she thinks ID should be taught in schools shows she's beyond ignorant. Did i mention she's never been overseas?

Attack by association or relation is pretty lame... in which case you definitely don't want to read this...
IMO - Obama will make us vulnerable to attack and deplete our defense.
In his own words....

The second picture that comes on in the back ground around the one minute mark. That is Picacho Peak, Between Tucson and Pheonix. Look it up, some interesting info regarding that hill...
Poncho- I have met him,<< His real name is Pedro Gonzales Gonzales, probibly oh I would say a dozen times. Same with Rex Allen Sr. The Arizona Cowboy, He is my home town hero of sorts. lol. Along with Rex Allen Jr. and Johnny Western, the guy who wrote and sang the Song Bonanza. Infact I have seen all three of them in Concert, have autographs, and personnaly met them all.
Just thought I would share. ha ha

You should take candidates at their own word.

BTW - Obama lost me after flip-flopping over the telecom immunity bill... Only Hillary, of all people with industry connections, kept her word and voted against. McCain has been stand-up so far, but I reserve the right to change my mind or write in random third-party names

She doesn't think Polar Bears are endangered. nuff said... Obama's huge cuts on military spending won't be as large as he claims, the president is not 100% in charge of the nations budget, and Russia will never give up their nukes, neither will France. don't look at the things he wishes to achieve, look at the things he won't achieve. IE: a bigger debt deficit. Last thing we need is some bumbling old man and his psycho veep at the wheel.

But leave her kids out of this.
On the other hand her record is fair game - things like this self-proclaimed special interests reformer backed 'the bridge to nowhere' for several years (she doesn't now) & kept the $235M of OUR tax money after it got cancelled by Congress. And she hired a company to seek & get millions in special interest $ while mayor of BumF#*k Alaska. And.....was this really the best you could find John?

So an idiot without a plan or experience and a VP, who up until he was chosen thought the same thing, is better? That is funny. The democrats are just socialists that call themselves liberals so they don't scare people. But everyone has an opinion.

Experience? John McCain has never held a position higher than Obama's and his voting record clearly shows he has questionable decision making skills in the senate. I personally do not like either candidate, but i've decided that my morals are more important than economical issues (something McCain seems to know nothing about, claiming his initiatives will have mostly "psychological effects") I refuse to let ID be taught in our schools and we need an administration that believes in science.

Oh c'mon, we all know the Earth is only 5,000 years old & dinosaurs never really existed.
And experience is worth a lot, but I'll take smarter decisions...
1) GET Osama, don't invade Iraq (but now that we're there, let's find a better way to spend $10B a month for the next unlimited years....free health care & education for all should cost about the same)
2) drilling more wells is a short-term solution, we need alternatives (even T Boone agrees)
3) quit rewarding companies for outsourcing our jobs
etc etc etc
I wonder what the Republicans/Conservatives would be saying right now if a Dem had been Pres for the last 8 years & Osama was still running loose? Something like "Democrats/Liberals aren't true patriots & don't understand security issues" I imagine.

Dig deep into Sarah Palin, get all you can, talk to everybody, get every vote, every quote, tell us of her career and life, she may be the next vice president. But don't play games. And leave her kid alone, bitch.
