Default Yellow F-Bodies?

so... call me crazy but has anyone seen a yellow f-body? There is one on youtube if i recall its a ZL1 phase 3 (600+ hp) and thats about all I have seen.... I was wondering what a nice shiny yellow or yellow metallic might look like on one of these cars and not even google images can help me out here. So anyone got any ideas or pictures to help me? Thanks

in '93 and '94 they had yellow Firebirds. And then of course the 2002 Collector's edition TA. Other than that, I don't think there were any yellow 4th gens. Check out "Thunderchicken" on youtube.

When I was looking for a Camaro back in 2004 I was orginally gonna get a '96 Camaro yellow as **** and it looked SICK even though it looked like a giant banana lol but when I went to get the car the dealer lost the keys like an idiot so went along and grabbed a '99 teal instead.

I forgot all about that one. But I was looking to see how many ls1tech members have a yellow SS. and how good it really looks.

There's a good reason they never painted the 4th Gen. Camaros yellow, they'd look ugly.

Yellow can be done right if care is taken. Also the right kind of Yellow is a BIG factor. I will say I am NOT a fan of the CETA cars as their Yellow seems too dull. Sorta like if I was making scrambled eggs with milk.

It definitly needed something brighter from factory.

I always remembered mustard yellow cause years ago the dealer gave my dad a loaner car when his was in the shop and it was a Ford Escort ZX2, yes a Ford Escort but the color was so amazing that it literally broke everyone's necks when we were driving.

^^ That one does look pretty good too, it has to have a gloss to it. Don't like the yellow Camaro above, too flat.
