Black Primer or Satin Black ?
Eventually I want to repaint my car... any thoughts on what I should do? Should I keep it simple, cheap, and still good looking and go with black primer? Or should go all out with a semi-gloss satin black, which is essentially primer with a shine with a hefty price tag? The satin black will run me a lot more money, just don't know if I want to pay that much and then have to constantly worry about my paint job since it cost me so much. Thoughts? I'm leaning towards primer...

That's what I was worried about, satin being expensive... If it wasn't so expensive you'd think you see it on more cars. I need to know how much it'll cost before I make my decision.

Heres a pic of mine in, yes, John Deere Blitz Black. I sprayed it outside in one weekend, the paint, primer and supplies together were less than $350. This summer will make 2 years, the paint still looks just as good, besides the spot on the front bumper where someone hit and ran me.

Idk if I'm gonna keep them amber if I go flat black or satin black, I love the look of F Body's with the amber lights on during the day, but then again it throws off the black. You didn't like the TT2's?
