Get gray door panels from junkyard, which are never cracked, usually an Lt1 car year. Disassemble the gray panels leaving only the outer plastic frame. Cover with black type vinyl material. This is a HUGE part of the project. I had a professional upholstery dude do it. Disassemble the black cracked door panels. Use the black door panel armrest and associated parts to reassemble into the newly covered door panel. Throw away the gray door panel armrest parts and throw away the cracked black door panel frame. This is a time consuming project. Use small screws on the window weather strip. Other larger screws may be used to stiffen the door panel parts. The hardest part is the door panel cardboard panel. My black 02 TA had cracked door panels and cracked dash pad. All are covered in black textured marine vinyl.
