500 RWHP H/C package!!! TEA TFS 215cc
Category: Engine - Intake/Fuel
Price: $2400
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird, 04-06 Pontiac GTO
Location (State): PA
Item Condition: Used
First up we have a set of TEA TFS 215cc heads. These are fully CNC ported by Total Engine Airflow and milled down to 59cc. As you can tell they are extremely clean and fresh. The Dual Springs are obviously fresh and good up to .650 inches of lift.
Also included is a custom grind comp cam, 238/242 .620/.610 on a 112+4 LSA. With these heads this came made surprisingly good low end torque, lots of midrange as well. Will work perfect well N/A or with nitrous.
Harland Sharp 1.7 rockers which are needed for these heads
Correct size hardened pushrods for this setup. I believe they are 5/16 dia and 7.5” length
Also included will be a set of cometic head gaskets, not sure on the thickness of these but I can try to find out

Seeing that your a newb by your zero post count i guess you dont frequent the dyno section much. They are certainly not too big and right in line with what other shops have produced from this combination.
Also keep in ming i am not claiming you are going to make 500 rwhp by buying this. I had a ported FAST 92/92, 1 7/8 kooks, ASP underdrive pulley, along with the fact that this was on a T56 and 10bolt, so there was less drive train loss than someone else may see.

Newbie.. Yeah you could say that. Yeah your also right I haven't looked at a lot of dyno numbers on these. I just know its very rare to see those dyno numbers for any ls1 so I wonderin if you had it on a 6 liter.
I've been lookin at the afr's and a big cam but have gained interest in the trick flows. I have a 9 inch so I'm assuming I'll see around 470rwhp.

I prefer paypal since it offers more buyer/seller protection, especially for the buyer actually. Its also much easier for me as i rarely can go to the bank and overall more conveneint. I always hear about money order scams, not sure how they work, but i just know i trust paypal.

Another big note, I did not have to fly cut the pistons at all. PTV was tight, but within tolerance. When i pulled the heads the other day there were no scorings on the piston.

I use money orders a lot. I had a buddy a few years ago get scammed on paypal, so I never use it. I know paypal is better now after they made some changes, but I'm gunshy I guess. The only risk you run with money orders might be from a counterfeit one. I prefer USPS or Western Union money orders since they are better controlled (they have a 800 number to see if it's legit). If you deposit the money order and wait until your bank confirms it clears before you ship, there is no risk to the buyer. If there is a problem, then you don't ship the item.

On a side note - did you dyno your car before you had your intake ported? I'm just curious to know what the difference was before/after. I'll also see if I can paypal you at the end of the week if this deal goes south on this stroker I'm looking at.
