I have a 98-02 Camaro 4" bolt-on Cowl hood for sale by Glasstek. I purchased this and used this on my old car, but it ended up being rear ended and I took it off. There were holes drilled for pins, but these could be easily be fiberglassed in before paint.

I am putting both this hood and an aftermarket SS hood for sale, so whichever sells first, i'll use the other
