Default LQ4 6.0L Cast Iron Block. Fresh Hone and Cam Bearings

Category: Engine - Complete Motors
Price: $350
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird, Corvette
Location (State): NC
Item Condition: Used
Engine: LS1/LS6
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

Seems like everyone has one of these for sale right now...so here is a another one: 2003 LQ4 6.0L Block. It has been hot tanked, has new cam bearings and has been honed to 4.005". It has two sleeves in it. Asking $350 or will trade for other LS parts such as: LS6 intake, camshaft, 4L60E torque converter, gasket kit, head bolt kit, etc... I live near Raleigh, NC. If you have a method for shipping it, then I am open to that. I have a small wooden pallet I can strap it to.

Wish you were in Texas. I have an LS6 manifold I'm about to put up for sale I would trade in a heartbeat. I really wanna go 6.0 but I think I'd lose out big having to have the block shipped.

No doubt, that trade would work well for me too! I haven't checked on shipping, but suspect that it would probably kill the deal for you.

Lol yeah shipping on a block would probably run about $150-$200 through my work but that does kind of ruin things, lol. If only we were closer this would be a great deal. Good luck.

1998MysticZ28, It looks like it will cost around $250 to ship this block from a residential address to a residential address. Business to business freight is $170.

Also, a potential buyer asked about how large the sleeves can be bored. I looked up the part number and they can be safely bored .060".

I still have this. Would anyone be interested in doing some trading? LS6 intake, wheels/tires, seats, etc... for a 2000 Camaro Z28.

I have had a few people interested in this, but have not been able to close a deal. Shipping seems to be a deal breaker, so this is best purchased by someone local. I might be willing to meet someone if the drive isn't too far.

The engine block is still available. I am still interested in an even trade for a LS6 intake manifold.
