I know its a 4L65 transmission but i am not a vette guy so i dont have any more details.

The 4L60 and 4L65 share the same case as well. Maybe some other guys will drop in with more input.

Can you put me in touch with the person who sold it to you? It would help a lot if we knew the work-around. Then again if you knew the work around, you would keep it...lol.
