I bought these as New castings in 2009. They've been on 2 engines since. They were very lightly decked once to clean up some scratches after first engine tear down. They need to be surfaced again. Also, I hydrolocked the #7 Cylinder while running these heads. The sleeve let go and pieces of it found its way into the combustion chamber as shown in the pics.
I took these to a machine shop to be repaired. They first did a vacuum test on them and found that that same head would not hold air. They said there's a pin hole leak somewhere. After going through the head carefully, I discovered that the #7 intake runner has a hairline crack that's noticeable to the naked eye. please see pics for reference. It's hard to see and it runs right down the middle bottom of the runner. Hairline crack.
I imagine someone could carefully tig weld these up and grind down the weld and have a successful repair. But I'm no expert, nor am I a welder. So I'm offering these as is WITH a GOOD set of PP Gold dual springs and Titanium Retainers that are good for .650" lift. These have no more than 7,000 miles on them since 2009. And the machine shop tested these springs as well. Pass. They also include 2.02/1.60" Farrea SS valves. All in great condition including a recent valve grind.
About the CNC Port. I don't have flow numbers anymore. But I do remember them being well over 300CFM on the intake side at .600 lift. I can't find the sheet anywhere.
For reference, I purchased the TSP Stg. 2.5 heads that come with NEW GM cores, and I compared the intake/exhaust runners sizing, and these are both wider and taller than theirs. I don't know if that means much, but they've been hogged out pretty good. And they're consistent between ports.
Hopefully someone out there can make good use of them.
I'm asking $450 shipped for the pair.

The N Motion has dyno time only, its practically Brand New as well. (My engine blew on the dyno after a fresh build)
Someone's going to need these bad *** SPAL fans shortly. Spring and Summer's coming! These fans are Brand New as well. Don't hassle with overheating issues by trying one single fan on your boosted setup.

I'm interested in the Spal fans. I went on summits website and all I see are measurments, no info for a direct fit on ls1 stock radiator setup. Do you know if these will fit a stock 98-02 camaro ls1 radiator? I'll take some measurments tonight. Thx

These fans are universal. They're not made to any specific car. They're more for the guy/gal who specs out a Radiator for their build and then specs out a good fan system to go with it.
Price drop on Spal Fans to $275 shipped.

Some people have gotten away without running spacers. But most will have to use them. You also may come into some clearance issues with the front cover. Some fit fine. But most will need to grind a little bit inside this cover to allow the needed clearance due to the timing chain spacing.
