Well I had a Wavetrac but sold it because I was afraid it wouldn't hold up to transbrake launches (700whp I hope). So I bought a Strange iron center with 3.89's and spool 35 spline.
Car isn't done but I wonder if the spool on the street will get on my nerves. Had one before and I didn't like it. Plus, a 3.70 would be more street friendly with the th400 possibly. Hmmm, I might be interested in a trade. Would you?

Really looking for a aluminum center, I think a wavetrack will hold up to 700hp fine. And a spool does suck on the street. My cars 95% track so not worried about it, trying to cut weight out of the car. I really want a aluminum center for that very reason.
If I was staying iron I'd just sell the wavetrack for $6-700 and buy a $200 spool

I have a really similar setup in my car:
Moser Nodular iron center section
3.25 gears
front bearing support
Moser wavetrack 35 spline diff
Billet front 1350 yoke.
I have made 1240hp to the tire and my timeslips (1.26 60' with 8.30 ET @ over 3600lbs) match this on Wallace Racing Calculator. I have not had an issue to this point. I have somewhere around 6000 miles on my rear with everything from 575hp - 1240hp.
Stout equipment. Caught my eye because I am consider a similar swap. Good luck with sale (keeping my eye on this for future reference).
