Hey guys I need a pair of door speakers for me 98 trans am. Its the 10 speaker, amped system, but not the monsoon system. the passenger side is blown, and i figured i'd just replace both.

If anyone has any oem speakers that fit my bill, or aftermarket ones that will work let me know.

I have a pair out of a trans am that I thought would work on the camaro. Fairly new I need to get 60.00 for them. and even then I am loosing.

If you have a Fry's around they just discontinued the Infinity 6012i 6.5 because of the new models(6022i) for this year and are on sale for $40(Originally $100 and even for that price they are exceptional) I have an aftermarket Kenwood x589 cd player and on MAX volume they DO NOT DISTORT AT ALL. Excellent quality and you can't beat that price with a bat. As for the stock speakers there is no way I would go back but then again I am an audiophile on a budget or I would have went all out. Anyways I got 2 front 6.5 stock speakers from my 94 Camaro that I will sell for $25 shipped. I also have the 2 stock sub woofers(yeah right) and two rear speakers out of my 94 Trans Am that you can have for $25 also or $40 for both sets. And I also have 2 Rockford Punch 6.5 with built in tweeters that you can have for $35 shipped. All of the speakers work. If you buy a new head unit you will definitely need after market speakers or you are going to be right back here in this thread looking to buy speakers. Anyways I highly recommend not buying any of my speakers if you are going to get an aftermarket head unit. besides the rockford which are better than stock but are not the best option. I would highly recommend buying the Infinity 6012i. Best bang for your buck...literally, if you do not want to spend more than $60 for quality speakers. You would not need the factory tweeters hooked up because it has built in tweeters. Check out some reviews here

I am not recommending this site becuase they are overpriced in everything but just so that you can read some reviews
Later I did not want to "jack" this thread but Electronics is something that always peeks my interest.
