you need the triangle bracket that holds the mirror to the door, and acts as a window guide?

That was stupid of me not to take a picture of the part when i had it out, but anyway its the piece that has the 3 studs coming out with the 10mm nuts on the inside of the door. I dont need any of the black triangle stuff just the silver bracket inside of the mirror. Hope that helps with the description some...if either of you guys have can you send me a pic just so i can make sure its the part i need? Here or Camaro302ci@yahoo.com

Nope, 3 screws hold the support to the mirror. 2 small philips at the bottom and 1 torx at the top.

I need the exact same part.
Bracket with 3 studs, takes 3 screws to attach inside the driver's side mirror.
Oh yeah, and made of some sort of cheap pot metal or something.

Where did you get yours?

someone on the boards had one, my gf leaned on it and it broke really cheap metal your right.
