Default SES: MAF low circuit input

my SES light is on for mass air flow low circuit input does anyone have some insight on what it could be?

Get a scanner on it and see if there is a output signal from the MAF when the car is running, if not the sensor is dead. It should read anywhere from 2,500-3,200hz at idle.

P0102 low frequency? First thing to check is the ENG SEN fuse.

The pink wire on your MAF needs ignition voltage. See if it's there.

how would I go about trying that? does it see 5 volts or 12?

You sure the eng sensor fuse is good? Probably wouldn't hurt to change it anyways. I just had the same problem I swapped the maf and cleaned the replacement and same thing. I pulled the fuse and it was hard to see but sure enough it was blown.
