Does my 01 SS already have a tune? With A/F Graph Pic
I bought this car a month ago from a local dealership and from a quick visual I see the car had a SLP Lid & the SLP Catback with a Flowmaster. When I had a chance to get under the car I noticed it had Spohn rear control arms, aftermarket shocks, and a aluminum drive shaft.
Not knowing what exactly was on the car I took it to the dyno for some baseline numbers and did two pulls 339-330 rwhp 368-373 rwtq.
My A/F ratio was 13.0 across the board with it dipping to 12.9 a couple times.
I am about to send my pcm off to be tuned but don't want to waste the money if the car already has a mail-order tune. If 13.0 A/F the norm? Or is there any real way to tell if the car has a tune.
Thanks in advance I am a complete noob with A/F numbers.

From the dyno. Like I said I am a noob but they place a tube in your exhaust that reads the exhaust coming out to check the A/F ratios. But then again I could be wrong. The car runs like a raped ape I just wish I knew what exactly was done to it.
I received a print out i'll try to post up here.

Really???? How can you tell. Maybe the PE table has been raped to get him in the AFR desired, but just by his dyno graph dosn't mean anything!
To find out if your car has really been tuned, you need to get someone to pull the tune out for you. A "TRUE" tune consist of VE tuning,MAF tuning, and WOT MAF Tuning, as well as all of the timing and idle, etc. NOT just WOT on the dyno. WOT on a dyno is not tuning!
