I need a Wide Band set up for HP. Any buyers guides or recomendations?
Guys I've been looking at these and I'm not able tell which one I need. I don't want to undercut good features but I'm not going to go and tune the world. Any help here?
I will be tuning on more than one vehicle, mostly road tuning.

The LM-2 does have some nice extras like being able to scan OBDII pids and clear codes - but most of all, I like the fact that I can hook up a serial cable from the wideband to EFILive - gives a much better reading than using analog signals...

Right that's what I'm trying to figure out, what's the minimum set-up for hooking directly into the tuning software data logging module? Do all of these do it or just the more expensive sets?

Most all of them have at least an analog output, so they will feed the tuning software the AFR signal. I used analog for a long time, but a couple years ago, I switched over to the serial cable and it gives a better reading - smoother and quicker... I'm not sure if HPTuners has a serial input, but I know EFILive does.

I like my NGK AFX. Hookup is to the HPTuners cable via 2 what looks like 16 or 18 gauge wires (brown and yellow). Very easy install. Ran power directly off the battery, into the passenger compartment via the crack in the door where it meets the fender when closed. The wideband itself I have installed in a separate bung from the narrowbands. The cable for it runs under the car, ziptied to the subframe connectors and up and into the passenger compartment via the same aforementioned crack. The zipties are for when you are doing 65+ on the highway, the cable doesn't get flung around. I also added 2 zipties to the door hinge, where the cable go through the crack.
