Default KR everywhere

Swapped injectors, and did a dyno tune to get AFR . On the dyno i was only getting around 4*kr from 4800 rpms and up. Pulled some timing and got rid of the knock except for some intermitten kr. Get it out on the street, and get knock at low rpms (especially in OD at 1300-1500 rpms). Then go to WOT and get up to 10* audible knock. AFR was at 12.1, timing was aroung 26*, LTFT -2.6 to -.36 @ idle. I am going to get a stock update flashed PCM tomorrow, and build another file to see if that gets rid of the knock. After swapping the injectors the oring on the return line wasn't in, and alot of fuel was pumped down in the valley ( I was told there is a GM bulliten about water getting down there and causing a problem with the knock sensor, and harness that it would cause audible knock). Any ideas?

oil contamination in the combustion chamber? Have you considered an oil catch can? You may also want to run a top end cleaner such as Seafoam to clean out the combustion chambers...

Wonder if out of the new set of injectors one is lazy,
crusty, etc. - making a single cylinder lean out and
knock despite average mixture being fairly rich? Or
one fatty making three lean. Any scan tool to see
misfires by cylinder?

What were you starting with before that you think made your flash bad ?
And you reflashed with edit or a FULL flash from a dealer?

reflash from the dealer. I am having some issues trying to get all the TQM out of it. I was able to completely get rid of it in the old file, but this new flash has it pulling timing and fuel during shifts. I set the spark retard table to 27 and that is as low as timing will drop, problem is a little knock is starting to show its head in 3rd (its not audible like before).
