It's all about the OS. What year PCM and which OS number? I'm no expert but I know there are some OS's that don't have a 3 bar MAP option and according to Bill with HP Tuners can't / won't ever have one for several reasons too deep for me to understand. I know one reason was free space within the PCM for custom code.
I'm running a 2002 Flex Fuel OS and there is no three bar map for it and I'm on the same controller you are. To me the flex fuel was more important than the 3 bar compatible OS. My 2002 WS6 has the 3 bar option, but a 1999 truck PCM I have in one vehicle doesn't. Granted since they are all on the P01 style controller I can flash interchangeably between them.

Now I see. I thought you were talking about the 3 bar OS for the vehicle, not reading the input in the scanner. I need to get more sleep.
What you showed is for aux inputs on the green connector on the side of the HP Tuners Pro interface like where you run the wideband or other custom sensors that aren't connected to the PCM.
I'm assuming you are trying to read the one on the intake manifold through the PCM, correct? Right click the bigger portion of the Table Display area to add the one that reads through the PCM. For two and three bar OS's there may be two options, one only reads vacuum (the SAE one I believe) and the other is calibrated for vacuum and boost and I believe only appears when a 2 or 3 bar OS is present in the car you're scanning.
