Will it run without getting another tune? Here's my situation. I'm swapping tranny's going from a T-56 to a built 4L60E with 3600 stall. Will it shift correctly and be drive able after the swap or will i have to get it re-tuned? Any help is appreciated i am in the middle of the swap now thanks!

Do they have to adjust line pressure and shift points?
So basically i shouldn't try and drive it after the install, or try to drive it to the tuner, get a car hauler?

Ok thanks for your advice. Hopefully someone will chime in that knows if i can maybe limp it to the tuner, or if that will ask for problems or hurt something and need to trailer it.

Will it do fine if i shift it manually?
Or is there no point in trying to drive it. Just load it up and go get it tuned? The tuner is about 50 miles away from me.
