Default What WB to get?

I need to get a wideband and was wondering what you all thought about the different brands out there. So far I was looking at PLX, WB Commander, and Zeitronix.

Thanks.

I'm trying to decide too. Narrowed down to the LM-1 and WBC. I want to be able to log track runs w/o having the laptop in the car and those are the cheapest that can do that. Otherwise, the Zeitronix looks to be the best deal.

I guess I should also include that I will be using this with HP Tuners integrated WB feature when it comes out in the near future.

One that you may want to consider is the TechEdge 2B0 or 2A0. I personally use the 2B0 but for most users the 2A0 would suit their needs fine. They are not the cheapest units but if you understand what features they offer it may be the one you need. Just about everything on the 2B0 is software adjustable including the outputs of the narrowband as it uses a ATMega8 processor. The TechEdge products have a large user base and a good mailing list support @ oz-diy-wb@yahoogroups.com

They do offer cheaper alternatives if want to build your setup but I do not recommend that route as it seems geared towards EE's or user's with extensive electronics experience. Some of the conversations that go on the mailing list can get very technical. But you will generally get a response the same day for any kind of question you may have. If you have any additional questions just let me know. BTW, I am very close to a Pocket PC Data logger for the 2A0 and 2B0 systems. I have a Windows version that I built first to get the base classes complete so that I could port them to the Pocket PC requiring only GUI changes since I use the .NET Framework for development.

I've decided on the LM-1 also. I'll hook up thru the A/C pressure port for monitoring.

In regards to the LM-1 and the PLX models, can you use any A/F gauge (2.5 inch round for A-pillar install) or does it have to be specifically for that WB?
