Do you have a wideband...Without one its really a shot in the dark. It could be ok but I doubt it. If you need a wideband there is a dynojet wideband commander gp going on.

It's pretty normal to have larger negative trims at
idle, my car did (stock). It doesn't hurt anything, just
a bit rich when uncorrected is all. You could tweak it in
tighter but unless you're fighting some drivability, idle
or starting problem it might not be worth chasing. If
the rest of the trims are pretty well in line and you're
not a pathological tweaker you might just let it be.

Thanks for the responses. My concern was because before the cam I installed my headers and had a header leak which I didn't know about at the time and the car was misfireing like crazy. But I found my old log book and my Long term fuel trims where not the same and the LTFT that was related to the header leak was +7 to +10.....so the computer thought the car was running lean (header leak) so it was dumping fuel and causing the misfires. I used my scanner on the highway and the the short and long fuel trims mirrored each other respectively.
Thanks again for the "piece of mind"
