NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! i have both and am switing to Tuners but was told the computer is vin locked. what i did is buy in with some locals on edit and had them do there thing on it. now i have tuners and want to tune with it but was told the computer was Vin locked and would be till i put a stock program back in

as far as i know you can tune over edit tunes...or just take hptuners and as long as you have the pro edition you can completely reflash the computer if thats what it takes...but really you should be fine writing over top of the old program or going with the stock bin that was just provided.

you shouldn't have a problem.. if you can read the PCM w/your HPT cable you should be able to modify w/HPT or even reflash w/stock and start from scratch if you choose
