Default need a stock file/flash for 2000 trans am M6

hello, i have HPTuners and ls1edit and am switching over to edit but do not have my stock file. anything i can do? anyone have a file i can use?

guess they need to make the stickys bigger and maybe in flourecent so people will notice

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! i have both and am switing to Tuners but was told the computer is vin locked. what i did is buy in with some locals on edit and had them do there thing on it. now i have tuners and want to tune with it but was told the computer was Vin locked and would be till i put a stock program back in

as far as i know you can tune over edit tunes...or just take hptuners and as long as you have the pro edition you can completely reflash the computer if thats what it takes...but really you should be fine writing over top of the old program or going with the stock bin that was just provided.

i think his question is, he's told that his 'edit tune is locked, and would like to know if he will be able to tune it w/hptuners to put in a stock tune now.

you shouldn't have a problem.. if you can read the PCM w/your HPT cable you should be able to modify w/HPT or even reflash w/stock and start from scratch if you choose

So long as HPT can read the PCM you can dow whatever you want
