Default Diablo Help!!!!!!!!

I just installed my 160* stat and I'm wondering what temp to set the fans 1 and 2 for the best cooling with that stat. Thanks for the help in advance.

depends on the daily temps but mine are at on/off for fan one and two:

181/177
183/179

you have to play wtih it to get it how you like it really, make it where they dont stay on for long periods of time and still keep the car cool

im in NC and i have it set for about 85 deg weather. you can go larger on the separation between on and off i just like to cut them on sooner and cut them off 2 deg higher than the lowest i can get the cars temp.

I would set them 30* below the stock settings. I think the stock stat is 190* (given aftermarket stats are available in 160* and 180*) and you went to a 160*. So, 190-160=30. Just a thought...

my stock was 180, plus the stock settings are high, coolant gets hotter, engine becomes more efficient and less polution, gotta run it cooler for more power lol before i changed the stat i went about 20 deg lower than stock, maybe 10 but i cant remember
