branden - it is better to call DiabloSport. Understand though that they are very busy so you may have to wait on hold or they may ask to call you back. I can talk to one of the guys on Monday if you like. I am in direct contact with them most of the time.
Spenser, yes they are normally there but sometimes on Thursday or Friday they are at the track early testing. It is also possible most of the guys are in the Dyno area testing a car. They are a good group. Again, if you need a question answered, I can help.

You want it re-flashed as in you bought it from another person and it won't take to your car or are you talking about you want a different performance tune in it?
I can talk to him on Monday and see what you need to do to get this done. If you want a diff. perf. tune, you need the peripherals from Radio Shack to upload the tune from your PC to the Predator. I hope I can help...

NOSjohn, any help youy cna give would be greatly appreciated. I bought this predator off this guy and he told me it would be no big deal to have it reflashed, so far it's been nothing short of impossible. I guess i should have done a little more research first to see how hard it was to reflash. I will try to give them a call on monday too.

Here is some info that might help, phone # ect. That I recevied from RWTD. I to am in the same boat with a unit I need to unlock.
"Hello sir, and I hope all is well.
All you need to do is call DiabloSport at 561-908-0040 and let them know what you want to do. They are the only ones who can unlock it, and they charge $75 to do such. Supposedly they also have a revision update ready to give that will allow the unit to unlock from the VIN once the original backup is restored from it (then it can be used on another applicable vehicle). I'm not sure what the fee is for that, but it may be $99. I'm sorry that you may have to incur any costs."

I talked to Johan from Diablosport today. You simply need to e-mail them at gmunlock@diablosport.com and tell them what you need. There is also a fee
but he wasn't sure what it is as he's involved on the performance programming side of things. I hope that helps, if not, I will search further.

Ya..i've actually emailed that address twice and have received no response.
i've also been on hold with tech support, which is who the operator transfered me to, for about 15 minutes.
This is getting a little frustrating.

Wow, that's suprising. I know I've called a few sponsors and non-sponsors with no call back. I would think businesses would love all the business. I guess they all need a seminar on return calls and/or customer sevice.
I will try and talk to him today or tomorrow. I know your frustrated.

they actually did email me back yesterday...maybe it was becuase i put third attempt in the subject line. Anyway looks like i have to call tech support (which i cant get through to) and send it to them at a 100 dollar charge. At least i've gotten someone to make some sort of response to me. Even if all he told me to do was sit on hold for 45 minutes.
