Default Lost my handheld HPPIII HELP!!!

So I misplaced my HPPIII. GOOD ONE!!! What are my options if any. I want to buy a new VINCI Handheld. But isn't the only way I can get the stock tune back in is with the HPPIII that I lost?

any dealer can reflash it for you with a Tech2, or you can contact wait4me and get a new pcm with a stock file on it for your car.

Give the dealer a call, probably their "minimum" one hour charge.

Off topic, can you use HPtuners with 2 different pcm's that have the same vin #?

Depends on which license you purchase

You can purchase a single use License (often referred to as VIN locked, but it's actually locked to the specific PCM)
or you can purchase an unlimited license, which will let you tune unlimited PCMs for a particular make and year
