What you want is a tune, not that expensive, useless type of addon chip.

Get a tune done via LS1 EDIT or HP TUNERS. DO NOT do anything else!

i'd suggest EFI LIVE but either way, **** a chip unless your eating it dude. get a tune, and probably wait until you've actually done stuff to your car other wise your gonna be wasting money on the tune.

Oops. Forgot about that one. The point here is to stay away from the hand held programmars like the HPPIII, super chips, predator, etc. Reason being is for the money you pay they have VERY limited parameters to adjust. With just a little more money you can have your own editing software.

no offense as i wouldn't know what i was doing if i sat down in front of EFI live or some similar program, but if this guy is asking this question then he DEFINATELY wouldn't. i'd suggest paying a place to dyno tune your car, where you located man?

It works from your laptop. Im not sure if you take the computer out. I think you connect the car computer to your laptop and using the software, you custom tune it. It seems very high tech and cool.

The software package comes with a cable.
One end of the cable connectes to the OBD-II Diagnostic Port under the dash in the driver's footwell. The other end of the cable connects to a PC via the USB or Serial port.

I like the cheese Pringles, that's a good chip.

Don't think it helps much for performance...I run slower because I'm fatter.
