Default OBDII Tuning for removal of rear o2's and AIR system

There used to be a guide or "how to" that showed which codes needed turned off to pass OBDII emissions testing after you remove the rear O2's and AIR system but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know where it is or what codes need turned off?

What program are you using to remove these codes?

Hopefully this will help

Edit. There used to be a "how to" with a list of all the codes and pictures, etc in a forum thread but I seemed to have lost the link.
Thanks!
