what other log data are you showing? Do the trims support the codes? On both banks? O2 activity? Less vaccuum (higher MAP)?

I'll bet the maf is dirty... I had a problem when I first put the k/n filter in my car, the rubber gasket that was supposed to be in the box wasn't, and pollen/dust got around the filter and got the MAF dirty, and the same thign happened. Brought it to teh dealer ( car had about 5K on it ) and they scanned it, found the maf to be dirty.... was covered under warrenty. I made a foam gasket to tighten up the seal of the airlid to the lid, and problem gone. I'd clean the maf... it's possible that even the other one you had may have been dirty.

If your fuel filter is old, that could be decreasing the flow causing the problem, not sure how old it would have to be for that to happen though.... I know people that have never changed the fuel filter on cars for nearly 100K, and not had a problem.

thanks for the post. i cleaned the maf and throtle body, (very dirty) and the codes are gone. also better performance. i'm new to maf, i'm a used to speed density with my l98. I was wandering, what the hell is the duel bellow plastic box before the maf sensor for? it seems sort of useless to me. again thanks for the hint
