power/trq the same at 10:1 and 13.0:1
First of all, let me tell you my combo... 383 stroker, ported ls1 heads, 233/239 605 113 cam, ls6 intake, stock tb, stock maf.
very first pull, made a low #, i wasn't to worried cause it was off the chart rich, like 9:1-10:1 figured we'd lean it out and pick up a bunch of power. well, got it to 13:1 and only picked up a measly 2 hp and 1 tq! WTF!!!! played around with the timing, no matter what we did, wouldn't pick up any power. tuned with efi live edit.
I've never seen a car not pick up power when leaning it out from a point that was soooo rich, doesn't make sense to me. any suggestions or does anyone wanna look at the tune file?

I would also keep going in the direction of lean until you do see a significant change happen.

Do you still have the logs from the dyno day? I had a very similar problem. We got fueling lined up, but no difference in power. Then, I did everything from lowering timing to 18* (across the board above 4Krpm) to raising it to 30* (across the board). Everytime it was the same damn number. Then, I went back and looked at the log and noticed timing never changed. I mean EVERY run started at ~23* around 5000rpm and peaked at ~26* around 6600rpm. Timing never changed at WOT. I know it changed at cruise and off throttle points because that's how I relieved some of the surging. But, this still has me stumped with this one car. My other friend's car took the changes just fine.

The timming was changing we even went to 30* with out KO but it lost 2 hp,
We are checking a few things out we think its pushing water so after we do some testing we are going back this weekend to try it again,
After looking at the logs all i can tell is i picked out a givin MPH I checked all runs time frams from 65 to 132 mph the first run took 62 frams and the last run took 57 frams so it looks like it was climbing faster

KPA's start off at 103 but as rpm goes up they come down, around 6200 rpm its around 95, I understand that we want the kpa's in the 100's but there is alot of power missing here, we will also check the cam timming.
