Default 402 first start no idle warm

well i just started my 402 for the first time i still have my old H/C combo tune in it and it idled great. idle trims were off very little. then as it hit about 175 or so it would dip to about 300 RPM and pick it self back up. it did that again at aroud 178 and now i cant get it to idle for the life of me. all it does now is start idle for about 1sec and drops. when ican get it to idle for a little bit i noitced the STIT kept climbing allthe way to 14.*^*( and then it dies????

i tuned my old 233-239 AFR205 11.4:1 346 to idle i did all the tuning spark and stuff. now my 244-248 AFR 205 11.7:1 402 for some reason is kickin my hinnee

any ideas????

What does your base (running) airflow look like? It sounds like it is way off if the STIT was adding 14 x/y. What units are you measuring g/s and what software are you using?

Did you change the engine size in your tune? If it still thinks its a 347, that would make it add a bunch of fuel with the fuel trims. but then again, it should have been messin up cold too...you would think

Engine;cyl volume. yours should be .708 if its still set for a 347. it needs to be set to .825 or so. That'll tell the computer what size the engine is. Also make sure if you changed injectors that you set the injector flow rate accordingly.
Those are the first 2 things to change for the computer to even get close.
