Can I have your tune? :)
I need an hptuner tune flash for a 98 Automatic LS1 w/ 3.73 gears. The tranny needs to have the stock tune, no TQ mods or shiting changes.
If you have it I may just paypal you something.
Let me know via PM! Thanks

did you check the HP Tuners Repository? you're basically asking for a stock file setup for 3.73 gears..... i'm sure there are files there that are at least stock tune (to change to 3.73 is not very difficult)
Also it is NOT reccomended you flash anyone elses file into your PCM (especially 98s... 98s are finicky)

I want someones file so I can verify a few things with mine. I've heard flashing another is bad and I wasn't going to try it, thanks for the heads up though.
edit: I just opened a '01 tune in HPTuners and the gear/tranny scaling option is way easier I guess the 98's don't do calc's themselves? wtf?

What size tires were programmed into that tune? Don't you divide tire height by gear ratio?
