Default need advice

I have slightly modified my wifes 98 trans am. Fuddle convertor, 3.73 gears, MTI lid, cat back exhaust, free mods. Everything else is stock. The question I have is: I need to get the car to shift under WOT sooner. It keeps hitting limiter. What is the cheapest/best way to get the job done? Should I do a performance tune at the same time?
Thanks, Chris

Cheapest way? Find somebody you know that has HPT or EFILive, its like a 2 minute job to change shift points. They'd probably do it for under $150.

As far as the performance tune goes, depends on what they charge.

I talked to the only "local" guy I could find to help me with my trans changes. He wanted $500. I was blown away. I was hoping for a cheap alternative. I'm a EMIC for Accel, BS3, and FAST. I tune high HP cars all the time. I'm sure there would be a learning curve but if I was going to spend $500 I would just buy a system myself. Does anyone else have any other options?
