trying to figure out how to do the fueling analysis from a data log.
I go log and then when I try to open the log to do the "fueling analysis" offline to build the ve table and it never shows the fuel trims thus I can't make any informed changes to the VE table.
and when doing the changes from a log file can you hit the auto-cal button or is that only for online changes while your driving/on the dyno.

you can't auto-calc offline.
You need to data record certain parameters so you know how to make the adjustments. After you do a log you will go to anylize data, fuel analysis, select your log. Then It will overlay your run on the VE screen. Page up or down to go thru your run. You want to make changes when the red around the box is minimal. Compare your actual AF to your Target AF and make adjustments accordingly. If your lean then increase the VE number, visa-versa. Of course you have to data record those parameters to begin with. There is a lot more to know but hopefully this will get you started and not more confused.

that does help.
what I need to figure out now is that the numbers for map for example I see when I am stepping thru the log, they dont jive with where the highlighted box jumps around.
the log will show 64map for example but the highlighted box is sitting at a 17map value for some reason. for some reason they are out of sync, any ideas on what is happening there?
