I've read a few post concerning a "missing" table that the most current version of LS1EDIT does not have. It is "Spark vs Coolant Temp" http://mywebpages.comcast.net/gdouma...oolantTemp.xls

Since timing starts to get pulled around 230 degrees F, I wonder if I set the FIRST Fan on Temp to lower than 229 (which is the stock setting)

What temperature does our stock thermostats open up at?

For my car it was 180 degrees. Look in your owners manual.

My stable coolant temp is 194-197F with the
stock 'stat. I set my low fans to be turn on
5 degrees below this temp and high fans 10
above it.

I would really like to see a printout of this
stock spark-vs-ECT table, just for my own
edification.

So what are your exact fan setting now? On/Off for Low/High. I just don't want my fans to stay on all the time...

I set mine for 200 and 205. Worked much better. Now since I have just a single fan that cuts on at the low temp, it cools quicker.
