Red face LS1 2002 Engine Katrina, No Spark, Help !

Hello, my name is Nick, This is a first for me, I never used a site like this before, I need any help I can get out there. I have a 2002 LS1 that has a modified harness and a Reprogrammed ECM.
Car sarted wonderfully before hurricane Katrina with these mods. But the car was under 13 feet of water and I pulled the motor and drained all fluids and I replaced all the piston rings and the cylinder heads look fine, Well engine is back together now, and I needed to replace the engine ground and these other items as well. Piston Rings, alternator, Starter, belts, spark plugs, gaskets, & I will try to post pics. Now what was not on the car but evacuated with me was my ECM, and I enclosed all my wires in plastic zip lock bags and taped them shut/sealed as well before evacuation just as a precaution. Now that the engine is turning over It seams I have no spark, and I can't tell if the coils are bad I tried to see If I have spark but none of the coils seem to be fireing, and when one seemed to fire it hummed and was stuck on. Could all my coils be bad!
Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting would be great! and thanks for any help !
Nick

I will add pics soon my file is too large. and I will check back later, thanks again

check your ground wires on the back of the passenger head
there are 3 ground wires.
also check and make sure you have the crank sensor plugged in. it is located right behind the starter and. also make sure the cam sensor is plugged in. it is located behind the intake beside the oil pressure sending unit
thanks dan

Thanks for your help dan, I will double check all those grounds. My problem also is that this is a custom job, and the intake is flipped around. corvett LS1 engine Trans Am throtle body. I have a good electrical background so I will try to trace all my grounds and the sensors as well. I wasn't sure if the crank or cam sensor would stop the coils from firing. I will post pics by Sunday

Thanks
Nick

is the security light on? check for theft codes and look at live data for vtd disable.
the passlock cyclinder and the bcm being full of mud sounds lilely.

The ECM has been stripped of all vat codes (car ran great with the reprogram before the storm but was not in operation, there were no security lights or gauges hooked up yet!) and wasn't in the car but was taken out before the storm and kept for safe keeping. I'm not sure what the BCM is, but the entire engine what taken out cleaned and put back together. Thanks for the information I will look to see about the bcm?

Thanks again Nick

well this probably goes with out saying but electrical and electronic equipment dont like water, I would put all new sensors and a new wiring harness. things like starter, alternator, and coils too. not to mention your relays and fuse boxes. good to hear you got her out though!

yeah, electricity and water don't mix well that's for sure. but I'm trying to salvage anything I can, money getting tight. The ECM was saved thats the good thing, and I have two new sensors to install (camshaft, crankshaft), I hope they are not difficult to install. Just was wondering if all the coils would be bad being they looked sealed. Do you know if there is a way to test them or not. ie. (ohm ressitance, current, or voltage to the coil, what should it be?) can they be pulled and tested.

Thanks for all the assistance
Nick
